Developmental Programs

Community colleges recognize that many high school graduates and adults planning to attend college are not ready for intense college-level study and therefore offer excellent developmental programs to help students “brush up” in areas such as math, reading, or English, before enrolling in regular college courses. These courses help improve basic skills needed for success in the students’ selected major.
