My supervisor lets me work my own hours. Sometimes, I'll go two weeks without seeing him or anyone else I work with, so it takes integrity and honesty to be out doing what I should be doing. It's also important to communicate well with others and to be a team player. You've got to be able to articulate your ideas clearly. Then, if you can't do things the way that you want to, you've got to be open minded enough to go ahead and do it their way.
