Let’s talk about television! We all know that the amount of time a child watches TV should definitely be limited. Only you, as your child’s parent, can decide how much TV is appropriate for your child. And only you can monitor what programs your child watches.

Additionally, television sends many messages regarding the world of work. An article in Career World magazine (March 1999) tells us that television today portrays more types of careers than it has in the past. However, television continually depicts only 3 careers overall!
