“The better jobs of today and tomorrow require a habit of continuous learning." --
Peter Drucker
As parents (and employees ourselves), we know what skills are needed to be successful in careers. We won’t dwell on the basics here, but please understand that unless your child has strong reading, writing, and math skills, she can’t possibly build a foundation for success. Strong communication skills, listening and speaking skills are also essential. Sounds pretty basic doesn’t it? Sure, but we bet you know more people who lack these skills than those who have them. So, don’t take anything for granted!
